SMILEY® Cabernet-Sauvignon is crafted as the epitome of a French Cabernet Sauvignon – structured, intense and velvety – perfect to enjoy with good friends, good food and good times. Coming from selected plots in the Bordeaux area / Vin de France region, it focuses on ripe Cabernet fruit and a modern, approachable style that still reflects classic Bordeaux structure.

The wine shows an intense cherry-red colour. The nose is open and expressive, with kirsch-like cherry, red fruit and cassis notes layered over toasted and slightly spicy nuances, giving a warm, elegant aromatic profile.

On the palate, SMILEY® Cabernet-Sauvignon is supple, round and velvety, marked by a sensation of sweetness, richness and volume. Flavours of ripe red berries, black cherry and subtle vanilla-spice sit on a finely structured frame of balanced acidity and tannins, delivering a mouth-filling yet smooth red. The finish is aromatic and powerful, with persistent fruit and well-integrated tannin.

Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are harvested at full ripeness, de-stemmed and given around 10 days maceration with daily pump-overs to extract colour, aroma and fine tannins. After pressing, the wine completes malolactic fermentation, is racked to remove coarse lees, then cooled and aged in tank to preserve freshness and fruitiness rather than heavy oak. Typical alcohol is around 12.5–13% ABV, depending on vintage.
