PALATE : Detect layer on layer of sweet,stewed fruits and dark chocolate fused with nutmeg and cinnamon,much of which can be attributed to years slumbering in Spanish Sherry butts.
FINISH : Displays a burst of zesty orange with fresh ginger, cocoa and rich fruitcake.
