Rooster Rojo Tequila was designed to showcase a superior quality of taste and texture in homage to Mexican culture, handcrafted at Jalisco’s Fabrica de Tequilas Finos distillery. Every expression in the brand’s portfolio is made with 100% blue weber agave and water that, unlike any other distillery, is slowly filtered through Mexican silver. The Anejo Tequila is left to rest for between one and three years in oak barrels which have previously contained bourbon. This aging process yields a uniquely dark amber colour and rich, toasted flavours of vanilla, caramel, tobacco, and roasted coffee. Perfect Serve – Pour neat into a tumbler or small wine glass and savour with slow sips.
