100% Cabernet Sauvignon, this is not doubt one of the best values in the store for this varietal from anywhere. As with Kuyen, this wine is intense, but highly expressive of Cab Sauv in that uniquely Chilean way, with deep core of black cherry and black currants, minty bittersweet chocolate and graphite, a full bodied texture and spicy, mouth puckering tanning. A little monster by comparison to the often sweet and flabby domestic Cabs in this price range. Try it BTG at La Isla Uptown. 7000 bottles produced.
