The Queen of Vermouth, known in the past as Bianchissimo, meaning “whitest”, lips have come to recognise the soft vanilla tones. With multiple awards since 1910, Pessione’s fair lady has become a name held in the highest regard.
A unique wine base made from white wines like Trebbiano is graced with extracts of aromatic herbs and flowers to create this unique aperitif. Clear, very pale gold with golden hints, aromas of citrus, peach and raspberry, tobacco ash and fresh bay leaf. On the palate, it is very rich, delicate yet complex with a herbal bitterness and light spice balancing a honeyed fruity sweetness.
Serve over ice either neat with a twist of lime, as a long cool drink with tonic water, or as a cocktail, of which there are many classic variations.
