Gokuin Ryoma Junmai Ginjo is a premium sake brand that is inspired by the legendary samurai and revolutionary leader, Sakamoto Ryoma. It is brewed by Masuda Tokubei Shoten, a sake brewery with over 300 years of history in Kochi Prefecture. The sake is made with Yamada Nishiki rice, polished to 55%, and fermented at low temperatures to produce a smooth, elegant, and fruity flavor. The bottle design features a traditional Japanese seal with the name of Ryoma and a dragon motif, symbolizing his spirit and ambition. The sake is also wrapped in a handmade paper from Kurotani, a village with a 800-year-old papermaking tradition. Gokuin Ryoma Junmai Ginjo is a limited edition sake that is highly sought after by sake enthusiasts and collectors. It is also served on board of ANA, Japan’s largest airline, as a special in-flight drink.
