[Scottish Gaelic for “Celtic Goddess”] is a Single Malt Scotch Whisky which has been personally selected by our Master Blender, aged in oak barrels for more than 18 years.

The 18 Year Old Cailleach Single Malt is distilled and matured at one of the most well-known Malt Whisky distilleries located in the Highlands of Scotland. The distillery nestles below some mighty peaks and the nearby village is reputed to be one of the wettest places to live in Scotland. This is due to the rain bearing clouds rolling in from the Atlantic
Ocean and, being unable to pass by the mountains, they spill their rainfall over this area. It is thought that this cool, damp atmosphere allows the oak casks to slowly work their magic on this fine Single Malt and assists the unhurried maturation of this superb dram over the course of 18 years spent in butts and hogsheads.
