Here we have a thirteen-year-old Highland single-malt whisky, distilled in 2008, it’s been matured in a single butt, from which indie bottler Auld Goonsy’s Malt managed to draw 549 bottles. It’s nicely summery, with notes of orchard fruit and butterscotch in the finish.
