Distilled at the Ardbeg distillery on Islay, this bottling was released for the Committee Members in February 2022. Following the breakdown of the distillery’s boiler just before Christmas in 2007, it meant that the wash was not distilled after their normal 72 hour fermentation but was distilled after three weeks. Matured for over a decade in first and refill bourbon casks it has then been bottled at 49.4% abv.
