LEOPARD’S LEAP Pinotage Shiraz. The basis for the balanced Pinotage Shiraz from the Western Cape are grapes from the Pinotage and Shiraz grape varieties. After the harvest, the grapes are taken to the winery as quickly as possible. Here they are selected and carefully ground. Fermentation then takes place in large wood at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the elegant Pinotage Shiraz is aged in French oak barrels for a few more months.
