The fourth release in The Balvenie Stories range. This is a 19YO single malt produced using only ingredients sourced from The Balvenie`s Dufftown estate – that includes the barley, the water and some wild heather used during the malt drying process. The result is a delicately floral nose that leads to a richer palate with hints of honey and dried figs. The nose is light and lifted with a sublte note of Christmas cake spice.
